Here is my issue:-

I have been living with a man for the past 1 year (my house, I had it before we moved in together) I found out that he is married (infact his wife came to my door). What rights could he have to make a claim against my home/myself for the time he lived with me.

He is still married can he claim against me?
The fact that he did not live with his wife for over a year but lived with me can he make a claim against my home (he did not contribute into the purchase of this home) he did contribute into living expenses into my home.

What are my rights.

At the most, he could be considered a month to month tenant and, depending on the state, you'd be required only to give him a 30 day notice that he needs to vacate.

Georgia requires that a landlord give a month to month tenant a 60 day notice which is why this amount may vary a bit from state to state.

With luck, his wife dragged him home by his ears.
