need major help wit bf

i just turned 18 and my boyfriend is 17 about to turn 18 in two months. i had recently found out that im about 17 weeks pregnant. but my boyfriend has been on juvenile probation for awhile and goes to court soon and they might send him back. does he have any legal rights to see me and/or go to the doctors appointments with me if he gets sent to a boys home, or to a juvenile detention center. what about visitation rights would i get to see him at all???

please please help me.....

He has zero legal rights until child is born and he signs Birth certificate

You have no rights to see him and until paternity is established he has no rights. I suggest you start figuring out how you are going to raise the child on your own. If you go on any type of gov't assitance, you will be required to file a child support claim against him.

When someone is in trouble w/ the law-- they have no rights-- so I doubt he will be able to see you etc.. so long as he is in custody
