Need my birth certificate never had one family poor at time of birth and was not born in hospital

Born in Texas 4/25/84 was home schooled and male

At age 18 you are supposed to register for the draft.
Even in 1984, home births were reported.
Home schooling also had to be reported, as well as a proper curriculum obtained.
In 1984, a home birth would have been rare.
Even had you been born at home, you and your mom would have been provided proper medical care.
I suggest you abandon your attempt to obtain a birth certificate.
It won't end well for you in Texas.
You're allegedly 31 years old, and ave no social security card, no state ID card, or drivers license; plus no selective service registration.
Yeah, THEY won't look kindly on what you're trying to achieve.
