Criminal Records, Expungement Need record sealed

I had a felony charge of forgery ten years ago in Pope County Arkansas. It was deferred judication and had now been dismissed. The arrest still shows up on background checks. I'd like to have my record sealed. Can I do this myself or do I have to hire an attorney?

You can hire a lawyer, but the arrest record will never go away.

There are too many private background companies around.
