First let me say hi to everybody here.
My problem is that I let a former friend 2 movies a long long time ago. The first one he gave to his friend to watch (which is really irresponsible), and I never seen it again. ITs been 4 years and I keep on asking for it and he always says its at his friends house and never bothers to go get it.
The second one, is a movie i recently bought on the way to his house. I went to watch it there, i can't remember why i left it there in the first place but it had something to do with me having to do some errands. So this has been 2 and a half years since he has not given it to me.
So my question is this considered theft? I read this somewhere but i can remember. Something about letting someone borrow something that belongs to you and never gives it back is considered theft? Yes or no?
Also how can i charge something for falsful accusations?
