Need to get out of lease by one month

Can i get out of my lease 1 month early with 30 day notice due to buying a home.I will have to pay last months rent and a mortgage payment same month if Landlord does not let me move.I live in Michigan.

Simply providing adequate notice does not negate one of their responsibilities with breaking a lease by moving out a month early. Unless your landlord agrees to let you do this or you can find someone (with the landlords permission) to take over your lease, you would still owe for that last month.
