Negligence and injury

My wife tripped and fell because the small step was not marked. She had facial damage, concusion and neck injury. Hospitalized one night. Bill paid for by our insurance. Have not heard from their insurance carrier. What can we do?

What are you looking to hear? If your bill was paid (allbeit by your own insurance) what more are you looking to collect?

You should contact an attorney immediately. I don't know what TPAjet is talking about, you have plenty more to collect from a commecial or home insurance policy than simple medical bills. This is an attorney question and you need one before its too late.
