negligent towing.

Last night they had my truck towed in downtown Nashville Tennessee. My truck was locked so they slim jimmed therefore entered my locked vehicle without permission, and forgot to take the emergency brake off and dragged it all the way to the impound with it still on and locked in for wheel drive. I had an officer witness when I picked it up that it still had the emergency brake on. so he can vouch for that. what should i do?

If there is damage to the vehicle take it up with the toe company or your insurance company.
They may not have entered your vehicle at all, and that really isn't significant. What matters is they had lawful authority to tow the vehicle.
