I live in a co-operative unit, meaning our neighbor is in close proximity to one another. The neighbor that lives beside me on the left called the police and told them that I was looking at her visitors when they come and visit her. When I'm sitting outside, yes, I look at whoever is walking by, some people say hi, others ignore me but that's what I do when I'm sitting outside my unit, I talk to people. Another time this lady reported me because I made an ice rink in my back yard for my grand-son to play on. I was ordered by the Board of the Co-op to break up the ice and we were not to play on the ice. Next, the police came to my door and accused me of looking at her visitors. My next door neighbor had a visit from the police at 6:00 a.m. because she did not cut this lady's lawn. My car had been scratched several time at several different places, I'm assuming that was done by her boyfriend. I moved to another Unit to be away from her but still living in the Co-op, I moved 13 apartment from this lady to get away and she walks her dog in front of my unit everyday and lets her dog do his business on my lawn. She needs to be stopped and frankly, I'm afraid her and her boyfriend will do something to my car. What can I do? Can I charge her with harassment?
