Hi my neighbor has called the police on me 5 times making false allegations, she has told them I have been harassing her and calling her dogs names, Which in fact this has been her doing this.
Then after the police told her they would not do anything because it was a civil matter she filed a staking order on me, which the judge threw out due to no evidence, and him seeing it was a lie.
Next she called my landlord and told him my wife and I where destroying the house we rent and destroying the lawn. Which she called his mother and lied that she was wanting to rent or buy the house in order to get his phone number.
The landlord came down seen we had improved the house by putting new windows and new wood floors. and that the yard had been killed off due to a parasite called Giardia. knowing I as own a lawn service would replace it.
After that didn't work she called a radio station on one of their talk segments and told them all about this on a national radio program and that I was harassing her and staking her. Which other in our town heard and told my wife about.
I all she has been the one that has been staking me, when I let my dogs out she lets hers out then stands there looking at me laughing while talking on her cell phone to who know who, telling them things like, At least I am not married to a nazi,my wife is from Germany.
This whole thing came about because I asked her and her husband to please not let their dogs near ours due to we breed high dollar malamutes, and don't need them sick, we had spent over 1k on meds for the Giardia that they had contracted from someplace, which we think came from the dog they got from SPCA, which they do not test for Giardia.
Anyway after asking her and her husband not to let the dogs near our dogs, her husband understood and complied, she on the other hand would do as I said , as soon as she seen our dogs out she would let hers out to come to the fence and lick all over ours. Now our dogs had been Giardia free for over 1 1/2 years with no med problems, until they got this new dog. and our dogs do not live in kennels or cages or out side, they live in side with us. and get clean water 4 times a day.
Anyway can I file a suit on her for harassment then file one for defamation and slander? and is there any other thing i can file a lawsuit on her for?I have tried along with the police to remedy this but she is head strong on making us move.
