My neighbor has been harassing me for over a decade. I finally started calling the police and it got better. But now she's taking photos of me when I'm inside my own home. She comes to the fence, points her cell phone into my window, and this morning took a photo while I was standing at my stove, about 10' from the window.
Is this legal, and what should I do about it? Call police? Get an attorney and file a civil suit? What kind of attorney handles this sort of thing?
