I have been slandered by my neighbors, accused of such things as:
Child Molestation
Theft
Destruction of Personal Property
Trespassing
Having contacted a lawyer for Personal Injury, since I couldn't find one for Slander I have since learned a few interesting things, such as my SoL is 1 year, thankfully this happened rather recently.
Despite how much I despise typing, here goes.
First Neighbor - J
Second Neighbor - C
Manager - O
This all started a few weeks ago when my First Neighbors (J) brothers children followed me into the woods
I was on my usual mission of acquiring scrap metal for cash, and they decided to tag along for reasons unknown
Since they are no my children/siblings/nephews/cousins or related to me in any way shape or form, they are not my problem and whether or not they get injured is equally Not My Problem.
After a short while a loud voice called for them, and they promptly exited the woods and from what I can tell told a fanciful tale of how I dragged them into the woods and molested them
Upon returning to the main road from the woods, I went to talk with one of my neighbors, who witnessed said children following me up the road
J's brother, the father of said children saw me and bellowed like a half wit buffoon for my attention and then proceeded to explain in a very loud voice, implying to everyone within a few counties, that I was a child molester and that if I came near him or his children or his residence again, he would call the cops
It was brought to my attention, 3 days later that J went to the management about this issue, rather than call the cops (The Manager, O, asked why he didnt) and proceeded to explain that he was "this close" to taking a gun to me
(Prior to this and completely unrelated I was slandered by a completely different neighbor whom accused me of being a serial killer and proceeded to spread this around)
Subsequently my Second Neighbor, C, DIRECTLY behind me (the accuser is behind HIM and they are best friends)
Saw fit to threaten me and explain how he hated bullies, but then saw fit to assault me (How ironic)
Not long ago, C saw fit to act neighborly and greeted me upon noticing that I had walked out to my mothers truck to retrieve and scrap out a pair of trampoline mats
I flipped him the bird, as I cannot stand idiots who flip flop from dickhead to good neighbor and back as it suits them
My mother called O down here to complain about C setting off fireworks (earlier that day and the prior night), and C proceeded to call the cops at this point (citing my flipping him off as the reason), removing O from the equation
When the cop was out here, I brought up the point of Child Molestation and the mother of the children in question, whom was outside when I posed said point kept her mouth shut about the whole thing
The children then brought an additional slander against me accusing me of going "into subdivisions" and "stealing things"... No evidence or witnesses were brought forward
Cop basically told both parties (J/C and myself) to ignore eachother, not talk to eachother, etc etc.
In retaliation, we, as outlined in the community guidelines reported the fact that
A) Second Neighbor C, had a dog
B) Said dog was a Pitbull, a dog not allowed by the guidelines C had to sign to live here
and
C) The dog was tied up outside a lot, which is also not allowed
Sweet Revenge.
C made a big show about removing the dog when my mother and I were outside, alluding to certain people not being able to mind their own business (Irony again) while I stood stock still and grinned like the Joker at him
Most recently, last night, J had the law out here for my having "banged on the side of his trailer" although, again, no witnesses and no evidence and filed what amounts to a restraining order against me

I am getting really tired of this bullshit.
This neighborhood had no problems until these two jackasses moved in here, the cop said so
What can I do about this?
