Hello,

My neighborn's fence is made of metal corrugated sheets. It is rusted, blown by wind that it is leaning into my garden and narrow path blocking my acces to rear garden. Do I have right to complain for two reason:
1. The neighborn's fence is blocking my acces to rear garden as it is blocked by leaning fence.
2. The fence is rusted and and represent health hazard as it is rusted.

Thank you very much,
Sabina

Reason 1 should have been enough reason to complain.

Reason 2 is too subjective and nobody will pay any attention to it.

I suggest you take photos and send them to the neighbor asking (in writing and keep a copy) that he fix the problem within two weeks.

If he doesn't, send him another letter demanding that he do so or you will have somebody come in and shore it up and you will send him the bill for reimbursement.

Then, if he doesn't pay, you can take him to small claims court.
