Neighbors Problems sick of the Harrasment

Recently, the house right next to me was sold to a Realestate Co., they hired contractors, fixed it up and rented out the two bedroom house to a family of six. Since they have moved in, approx. 7 months ago, I've seen dirty clothes all over their yard, litter all over their yard, which has blown into mine, my vehicle scratched, rocks thrown at my house, and just recently my 13 years old daughter was walking into my home by my side, while the 15 year old male was shouting improper comments about my daughter that I cannot post. I have called the police and filed complaints, but all that happens is they file a report and keep it in the file. The children are known already in the school district for being juvenille deliquents and have been removed from school. I have lived in this quiet neighborhood since 1997 and it was never like this. Am I supposed to just live like this, or is there something that can be done? All your help will be appreciated.

You complain to the management company renting to them. You can also talk to the parents and tell them their kids are not to talk to yours and to keep their junk in their own yard. I feel for you, I just do not know legally what options you can take unless you keep complaining to the landlord.
