neighbors tree damaged my property

the neighbors tree fell on our new chain link fence. her insurance company says they will pay to have the tree removed from our property, but will not repair the fence because it was an act of god. Is my neighbor financially responsable for repairing my fence or am I on my own?

You might be on your own unless you can prove that the neighbors knew that the tree was dead and a hazard. If the tree was not dead then you probably are liable.
