I am curious as to how long an employer can use a person's login credentials after they have been terminated?

Can an employee make a legal request to have the credentials removed prior to being escorted off the premises on the day of termination?

Is there a legal form that is involved in the removal of a user name or login that must be completed?

As long as they choose.

They can request anything they like, but the employer has no legal obligation to comply.

No.

Why would the employer want to keep your log on credentials? Usually the employer removes them at termination for obvious reasons. Are you telling me you can still log on and use the companies website?
