I was celebrating my 18 birthday. I made a poor decision and went to a party.
I was arrest for consumption,possesion and transportation of alcohol by a minor. I'm scared to death,. What do I need to do? What should I expect? will my drivers license be suspended? ?Do I need a lawyer? I have a oversea trip planned, will I be able to go. I may be legally adult but I made a poor judgement. My parents are furious. What should I do. Will this be peramently on my record? I live in Illinois.
