Hi,

Recently on 2015 August 1sth, I went to zimbrick nissan eastside Madison for buying new car. I have email quotation for the Nissan Rouge 2015 SV AWD with premium package including taxes for pricing around 25700$, on top of it she added 750$( saying discount removed for August) +500$ (for Zero percent APR) and charged closed to 27000$. I have singed the documents believing sales girl and took the delivery Saturday 1st Aug. I have realized on Monday morning that I was cheated that I got 2WD for price of 4WD. I went and asked her she was rude at me. I asked to take the car back but she did not. I lost around 2000$. Just wanted to check is there any solution I can get money back?

Regards,
Kalyan

Is the contract you signed for the car you actually have now? The email quote is worthless. What vehicle did you sign a contract to purchase? Have you contacted them over the past 3 months to report that the vehicle you purchased is not the vehicle you were given?

Hi,

I have singed the documents

I hope you can still read them after you "singed" them.

Anyway, after you got the quote did you examine the car?

Did you make note of the VIN and decode it on the internet to find out the features?

Did you read your contract before signing it?

You will get nowhere with the salesperson who made the mistake. You Might get somewhere with the sales manager or general manager. You might. Once you signed the contract and drove off with the vehicle, the previous email messages don't mean much. However it is worth calling for a meeting with the general manager.
