hell I have been trying to find out if I have any way to get action on a new car dealership as to there failure to provide me with a simple car registration to the new car I have just refinanced? I have called the owner of the car company as well as about everyone in that company but after waiting over 12 weeks I still an no closer to getting the registration to this car? Am I able to sue on breach of contract or any way I could speed things along so that they will get on the ball with this??

What have they told you when you call? Did you not get your initial registration when you purchased the vehicle new? You mentioned refinanced, is why I ask that question. You can file a complaint with the state dealer licensing division.
