What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maryland

Maryland has a case search system, where I have been monitoring my daughter's moms cases because of some recent DUI's in a three month span.

Today a new case popped up and none of the terms are in the glossary, just seeing if anyone has come across this.

She is listed as the plantiff, in the county she resides is the court it is listed under. For case type it says APA and for status it says PPWP. Neither of those terms are in the glossary on case search.

Any ideas?

Just worried about every little thing, because after her two dui's I opened up a modification case against the agreement we have with our daughter.

If she's the plaintiff, you can safely assume it has nothing to do with any new criminal or traffic charges.

As a plaintiff she's initiated a case against another party.

As plaintiff, again you can safely assume its a civil matter.

It might be easiest to simply call the clerk of the court where the lawsuit is filed if you need more specific details.

Has she by chance been incarcerated? APA denotes an administrative agency appeal, but I have only seen the "APA" designation as it refers to inmates filing an appeal/charge against the correction facility.
