My wife and I have been married for 5 years. We have been having problems since March of 2006. She just decided that she really doesnt know if she wants to be married anymore. Her focus is on her job and nothing else. The primary parenting comes from me. I do the majority of taking care of our daughter and have for some time. It is not rare for my wife to be gone 3 or maybe 4 nights a week for work. Well now it is time for my daughter to start kindergarden. My wife has decided that she wants to send her to a brand new private school just opening up. The major problem is that it is about 40 minutes away. I have a hard time sending her to a school that far away when we have a very good and small public school system in our little town. She says that she would bring her and pick her up every day, but I know that like all things, the responsibility of bringing her and picking her up every day will fall on my shoulders, and I feel like driving 40 min there and 40 minutes back twice a day is just too much. Well, she informs me last night that she is enrolling her whether I like it or not and now that we cant agree on it she will be moving out. Can she do that? What should I do?
