nightmare in the workplace

hi
i work for a large company . for the past 2 years i have had a co worker giving me a hard time. she has spray ed me with body spray b/c i smoke even though i am not the only person in my dept. that smokes. she sprayed so much that my clothing was wet and other co workers and myself were choking.
she TOLD me that i talk about my family too much and need to stop.she then told other co workers that she gets emotional when i speak of my son . however she asks other people how there children are and what activities they are doing now.
i am also visually impaired and just recently got a service dog. the lady had my supervisor ask me to take a different rout in our office building rather than the one i have always taken.
i felt singled out before and now i feel that she is using my guide dog to drive her hatered home.my question is do i have any rights?....i have proof that she is the one who asked for this different route.and i can proove that my guide dog is clean and properly behaved and handles herself well in public as should all service animals.i know the other things are not ilegal activities i just wanted to give a background on the situation.
this has gotten to the point that i have even tried to avoid going to work at times.please give me any advise even if its not what i want to hear.....thanks
 
in our company they ask u to report to a supervisor first ....over 2 years i have told 3 different sups and they have all said ok..thats it..i felt stupidand with the guide dog i let the sup. know i wasnt happy and he did or said nothing
 
Okay, they want you to report to a supervisor first. You've done that. Next stop, HR.
 
i know you are right i have just heard stories of people calling HR and never being allowed in the building agian......i will call though....better that i follow the rules...thanks for the advise
