NJ/PA license suspensions...Can they cross state lines?

I am possibly facing having my PA license suspended by a NJ Municipal Court judge. My question is, is his suspension only valid within NJ state lines or will the suspension hold in PA as well? I had received some violations while driving in NJ, but I am not sure if a NJ Municipal judges ruling can cross state lines and actually suspend my driving priveleges in PA as well...

Does anyone know for sure?

Have your license run by the cops in your state; it will tell you what is on it.
