according to the law if a landlord sends you the security deposit notice does it have to be a staement from the bank or a written notice by the landlord letting u know what the balance of the account is. ? also i received a "statement" from the ll it doesnt look true , how do i know whetehr or not is true.? it doesnt have my name on it or the type of account it is. nor does it show the interest rate or the account number. he sent me one paper with an ammount and a flyer type paper or advertisment of what that banks interest rates are, doesnt show me the inteest rate for that account.
