No ambulance came

My husband shot himself in the chest. I called 911 and told them what happened and that I need an ambulance. They only sent the police no ambulance ever showed. The coronor showed about 3 hours later and said he was dead. Can I sue for this?

The ambulance personnel do not enter a crime scene until cleared by the police. Perhaps the police determined your husband was already deceased and therefor cancelled the call for the ambulance. Just a guess.

Anyhow, you need the facts before thinking about suing.
