My Hubby Called The Police To Have Loud Music Lowered However, When Police Arrived The Man With The Loud Music Was Upset The Police Were Called And Told Police My Hubby Through Something In His Eyes He Was Treated By Emts With Eye Drops. This Was In 9/08. A Few Days Ago 1/09 He Recieved A Summons To Appear In For Arraigment 1 Count Of A&b With A Dangerous Weapon (chemical Tainted Water) The Office Spoke To My Hubby But, No Arrest Was Made. Does This Result In Jail Time? My Hubby Does Have A 9 Year Ago Prior Just 1?? What Should He Expect The Outcome Be In This Case?

This charge can carry jail time yes. The tiem to wory about that was before he assaulted your neighbor! Now he and you should seek the services of a Lawyer to plan a defense one that hopefully does not involve jail time. Just as warnning so your not surprised. Your neighbor could also seek a Civil award as well. Do not be surprised if you get seerved for a Civil suit for his damages

it is very unusal for the d.a. to filed charge unless he have nothing to do and want to messy with your husband then he will pursuite. thats what i think.
