no assests or debts, will this be easy?

married almost 4 years, filing for divorce today, we have no assests or debts together his bills are in his name and mine are in my name. should this divorce be quick and simple? we do have a 32" plat panal tv that we bought together and i want my share of the money we paid for it, as well as my wedding rings back to hold onto for my kids, could I get those back and lastly, my retainer is $1200, if the fee's go beyond that, can my lawyer require my ex to pay them?

You can certainly ask your lawyer to put your requests on the divorce filing. If you are in good terms and custody is not a problem, this should be quick and easy. Good Luck!
