No Camera? - Tickets in the mail - HELP

I recieved 2 tickets in the mail from a recent 4 hour trip out to western PA. Of course I recieved the ticket 9 miles from the end of my destination so now I have to drive 3 1/2 hours to go to court. Here is the situation:

I was cited for 80 in a 65 and improper signals - about $230 and 3 points. The officer never pulled me over or attepted to he just mailed them to me. I question how he can prove that I was driving?

Any similar circumstances or possible defenses? I find this unethical.

Call the DMV and make sure they are real tickets and not someone playing games with you.

I checked and they are legitimate. I am at a loss here.

Probably worth hiring an attorney and letting him handle it.
