I was wondering if a person can file or can make false accusation against a person and that person can fight that and tell the truth and win two of the same cases and charges can that person that made the false statements go to jail?

I think what you're asking is that if a person loses a case as a result of making what might be false allegations, can that person be prosecuted for their false statements. The answer is "maybe." A perjury charge - to knowingly make a false statement under oath - isn't always easy to prove. Perhaps the plaintiff who made the allegations might have lost the case because the jury simply didn't believe his version - even if it was the truth. Simply losing your case doesn't mean that the losing party's statements were proven to be false or that the person testifying knew that the statements were false. What if the plaintiff thought he saw something but was mistaken? So yes, it's possible for the party losing a case to be prosecuted for perjury but it is usually very rare and generally requires a strong case.
