No Eviction Process-threat to move trailer immediately

CA. I own and live in a trailer setting on a (former) friends private property, have been here for a year, rent paid monthly. Today she told me that I have to move it immediately and "you better not leave the trailer alone". I have been planning on moving this 1st of October, in a few weeks. She knows this. I have never gotten a receipt from her but have had internet and phone service (and therefore proof of occupancy at this location). I travel tomorrow to a nearby mountain community to secure a trailer space.
There was a clear threat today to move the trailer into the street or/and what else I don't know.
I ran underground electric service, water supply and laid sewer line to create this space all at my own expense. I tied the electric into a box on an empty house at the front of the property all with the landowners permission and blessing. I pay a flat rate to the landlord for water, electric and space rent so the utilities are not in my name. I have served as a watchman and assisted in many projects on the landlords behalf.
Concerns & Questions:
1)Having only a verbal aggreement with this landlord, can she legally move my trailer off the property without due process? I live in Bakersfield, CA.
2) Can she shut off the electric power legally, or cut the power line as I suspect she is capable of doing?
3) Can I and is it prudent IYO to file/request a restraining order to keep the landlord away from my trailer as I cannot sit here to watch it.
Any other perspectives would be greatly appreciated.

She would likely be liable for any damages, and, possibly for breach of contract if you could prove the verbal contract existed.

If it is her power and water, sure ... but, again, she can be sued for breach of contract.

You can try to get a restraining order, but I am not sure you have enough to convince a judge to do anything just yet. But, you can apply for one.

Thank you Carl, clarity is precious and you've provided it.
Have a great and safe weekend.
