No fault divorce and house

I am filing for a no fault divorce. The only thing in both are names is the house which we have little equity in, which I don't mind him taking my name off of. Will this be a problem?

What dp you mean taking your name off of? If you sign a quit claim deed and sign the house over to him, you are still liable for the mortgage. That means your credit is trashed if he is late on payments. I would not sign a quit claim unless he re-fi's the house. I would put a stipulation in the decree that he has to re-fi the house into his name within 90 days of the divorce being final.
