I have worked for a service provider for the last 15 years, I have never had any issues with the company or been reprimanded by any of the directors. Two years ago, the company employed a Production Director, this man hated me from the start, and made my life hell, I had a disciplinary hearing last year with five allegations against me. All the allegations were dropped at the hearing as unproven. I have received e-mails from both the Operations Director, and the head Production Manager, who was put in place about a year ago which are deflamitory as well as obscene in their content. I have been reprimanded on a daily basis for issues which I consider were either not my responsibility, or occured after I left work on that particular shift. I have been harassed to such an extent that I have had no alternative other than to resign my position within the company. I have tried to speak to the Managing Director (who I have known on a personal level for nearly 20 years) but he didn't want to know. I do have e-mails that I have both printed out as well as sent to my home address. Today I recieved my second notification of a disciplinary Hearing, to take place next week. This will not happen as I am now on Gardening Leave.
Can someone tell me if I might have a case to bring against the company for Constructive Dismissal please. Jimmm.
