No one knows how to help with this ........

Long story grab a beverage and get comfy. My ex bf and I own the home. Both names on mortgage and on deed. He was removed from the home on the 10th. PFA. Now the problem. His D23 lives in the home. Since she has been there for 4 years she has rights. No one knows what they are but they say she does. No lease. Does not pay a cry'in dime. But can come and go as she pleases. I have taken everything trying to get her to leave. There is no toilet paper,towels,food,laundry soap,toothpaste. She is still there. How do I get rid of her? What can I do?

Pretend she's a tenant and because there is no lease, she has a tenancy at will (i.e., a month to month renter).

Follow the attached to get her out. This typically starts with a notice from you that you are terminated her lease (no reason need be given to a month to month tenant). If she doesn't comply, file for the eviction through your local court system:
