I can not get any one to represent me. I work for corrections in new york a supervisor threatened the union to retalate if they filed grievances , with in ten days I was accused of wrong doing and written up , they are tring to take my job , the union lawyer said with all the proof they are lieing but she can not take the case to outside court because she is covering me for the union. this has know affected me at work , inmates use what has happened to try to get out of tickets , supervisor question everything I do , being that my wife works here too and they have started harrassing her , since I decided to fight the chages staff and supervisor tell me I am stupid and refuse to help me they all tell me you can not win against the curupt corrections and albany.
there is alot more proof they are lieing and after my hearing on 9/27/2010 I will have it all and find out if I keep my job. Any advise on how to get a lawyer to help me regain my reputation back and show the truth still stands for something
