Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft No Police Involved-Caught Shoplifting-18

I was caught shoplifting a few months back. The police were not called, however the store Security Guard came and took my information down, and stated that I will recieve a fine. I have paid off the fine, now I am waiting for a "release" paper. This is my first time doing it, and I did it out of anger. It was so STUPID of me. Now I have a few questions...

1. Will I go to court if the police were not involved?
2. Will it appear on my record since I am 18
3. Any advice????
