i drove home followed by a police officer approx 3 miles, parked in front of my residence and as i got out to inquire to what was going on,i was told to get on the ground.
did so. was arrested at gun point by ten plus officers.
all the while requesting what was this about.
police asked if i was on parole or probation.
stated probation for more than one ounce of pot, misdemeanor.
took my keys to residence and proceeded to search due to probation search clause.
officer came back and stated forgot about the meth,
i stated no meth never was and never will be.
the officer made a rude remark about it being keistered and they would find it in the car or the house,
i asked if he felt lucky and if so we could double down.being i would do double the time if any meth was found and if none was found he could do the sentence.
another rude remark from him about testing me and searching orifices.
well they had the keys to my residence and they still kicked in my office door.
yes key was on key ring.

was informed back at union city pd, police report would be available in 10 days.
10 days came, filled out report request form, it was denied.
referred to da'
called da and was told no case no report. back to union city pd.
phoned ucpd and they said no again.get a subpoena.

i was arrested at gun point,on the ground,in front of my house with all my neighbors and kids and these guys have pulled their wepons to clear the car and restraine me.

read my rights,booked and processed.
next morning get to court house and was called out and told to stand aside. i was going home,no charges.

get home to a mess and my girl friend they took out front in her robe.

and guess what nothing, nada, zilch.

and even worse i can't get a police report.
maybe i just had a dream.

Sound like you pissed someone off somewhere. They followed you home without lights or requesting that you pull over? Where were you coming from? Could someone you know that you angered called something in on you?

California Government Code section 6254(f) permits law enforcement agencies to withhold investigative files (i.e. reports). If you want to see the report so bad, hire an attorney, file a civil claim against the department, and subpoena the document. Maybe your attorney will be able to smooth talk someone at the agency out of the report - who knows. But, they do not have to turn it over to you.

As was previously suggested, you did something to tick someone off ... I don't suppose you have the foggiest idea of what that was?
