I got stopped by a police office for a right turn on red where there is no right turn from 7am-9am. The ticket does not say the fine so I would like to know that. But, I had no proof of insurance on me either. I actually have no insurance at the moment as I was shopping for a policy. What is the fine and penalty for no proof of insurance and will it be dropped if I show proof of insurance acquired after the accident?
