Recently I attended a sports event and stepped outside to retrieve medication. Upon trying to reenter the premises, I was told of their no reentry policy and denied entry. I had the original tickets as well the receipt for the tickets with my credit and information on it to verify I was in fact the owner of these tickets. On the ticket there is nothing stating this no reentry policy and there were no signs near the exit doors stating this policy. There was one sign that should have been visible above the escalators but was not. It had been pushed against the wall in the far corner beyond view. I requested to speak with a manager and a security office posed as one pretending to assist my needs. Is there a way that I can have my tickets refunded or replaced?

If you push the issue you might get them to refund it.
You are probably out of luck though. They have these policies due to ticket scams. One person enters and manages to hand over the ticket to someone on the outside who then also attempts to "reenter". The security guards are not the ones to take up the issue with. Make contact with the management at the venue. It is more of a customer service issue to keep people happy and returning for future events. They may offer you compensated tickets to another event rather than a refund... just work with them and see what you can get.

If you send their registered agent a letter stating your case and threatening to sue if you do not get your money refunded you will likely get results. If you do not, sue in small claims court. Rather than hiring a lawyer to come defend the case they will contact you and settle. If you need more instructions let me know.
