I am a single father living in Los Angeles, CA. I have joint legal custody and have visitation rights every other weekend. The past two months have not been able to pay child support in full and the mother sends text messages threatening that I will be denied visitation rights if Child Support isn't paid.
It's only been 2 months and I am making some effort in paying some of the support until I can get back on a securer financial status. Can she actually file a petition to prevent me from seeing my child if I am not paying support in full?
