my mother recently has passed away. my father has been deceased for several years. There is just myself and my sister left. Apparently my mother had no will. My sister has taken matters into her own hands dividing her assets. My mother didnt really have much as far as money goes but she had many other things. There were a few things that i had asked my sister for but she had already given them away. the things she gave myself and my wife were just"things" you would find in a garage sale. I am not a material person, the things i wanted were small non valuable things. She is also renting out my mothers house trailer. What can i do to get the very few things that i would like of my mothers.
