no will who has rights to property

my aunt passed away in 1985 in texas she had no will but left a house the taxes have been paid by one of my aunts and me and the house is still in the deceased aunts name how can we title the house so we can sell

You will have to go the the probate court and open probate on her estate. Even though you paid the taxes you may not have any legal right to the house. It depends on the number of relatives.
