I was wondering if someone pleas nolo contendere what sort of things will show up on a background check? When someone pleas nolo contendere they are not charged with the conviction but are rather placed on community supervison. Does this hold true?

Your arrest record is still on file from what I understand, if that is what can be located. It all depends upon what you mean by "your record."
