This is in Georgia:

If non-custodial parent does not enforce visitation with child (child does not want to go, they do not get along), can they legally stop sending child support?

No. However the child does not get to choose not to visit. However, I do believe GA does have a statute where at age 12 the courts may let the child decide and Child support can be reduced, but the NCP has to go to court to get it adjusted. GA is one of the few states that does this. How old is the child?

15. Child states they do not want to go and NCP doesn't enforce it. Their choice. (I would at least pick the child up for dinner and show I'm interested.)
