Non-disclosure of lead base paint by Orlando real estate firm

I have a pending law suit against a real estate firm. At the time of sale they didn't disclose that the property was lead base paint contaminated and therefor couldn't be rented out. At what time and do I claim this with my homeowners insurance company? Do I have a claim against the home inspectors?

Why not put in a claim immediately? Why not put in a claim against the home inspectors if that was (and likely it was) a part of their inspection services?

Thank you for your help. In my claim with my homeowners insurance, do I specify the home inspectors involved? Is it possible to have several parties on the claim (i.e. realtors, home inspectors, previous owners)?
