Non Married relationship

I've been with someone now for 8 years and we own a home together. The relationship isn't going well at all. I'm ready to retire now and have 3 pension coming in plus a 401K that I've contributed solely to. If the relationship fails, I was going to give the house to partner so she could have all the proceeds from the sale. I would like to know if she has any rights to my pensions or 401K?

It depends on your state, and whether or not you can be considered common law married.

If your state does not recognize common law mariage, then she has no rights to any of your financials. If it does, then she may be entitled to a share.
