I own and live in a 2 bedroom condominium. My current tenant has not paid the rent for October and I have asked him to leave. He has moved out some of his things, but still has items in his bedroom and still has keys to the condo. Am I allowed, as the owner of the home, to enter his bedroom to make sure that nothing of mine is in there, or that items being used by him, which belong to me, have not been removed from the premises? The tenant is a tenant at will and the only written agreement between us is a handwritten piece of paper signed by him and me stating that he is renting a room for the agreed upon price per month.
