I was enrolled at school in fall 2013. Two weeks into the semester, I was asked by the dean to withdraw. She said there was a glitch in their system that made it appear as if I had passed the previous semester (spring 2013). She said that I should not be enrolled for the fall if I did not pass my courses for the spring.

Thank you for sharing your story. When you have a legal question, be sure to let us know.

If you fail to maintain the minimum grade point average to stay enrolled you should not have enrolled. Now you must mitigate the damages.

I don't see where there is anything you can do about it. If you didn't pass in the spring, you can't enroll in the fall. That's the rule.
