If in a divorce the paperwork states house must be sold in a certain time frame and the exhusband goes back to the home to help with finances and the moves out again, by law is the house still supposed to be sold if the exhusband wants it sold. The couple have been leagally divorced for 4 years, the exwife wants the ex to sign a Quitclaim deed, the house was supposed to be split 50 50. There is a second on the home and most likely is not worth what is owed

I suggest you consult with YOUR lawyer.

Generally speaking, nothing you've posted changes the standing court order (as part of your divorce decree) for the home to be partitioned (forced sale).
