My sister is the executor of the estate. She combined everything and sold our mothers house last year. Probate is over and everything is paid, but she will not distribute my portion according to the will. Can I sue her in a court of equity or what?

go to the probate court and get a copy of the file. The clerk can explain to you what has been done to date. Then take the file to an attorney. You will file in probate court.
