My ticket is a "Failure to obey traffic signals"
I was going westbound on a street and the light turned yellow. I had time to slow down but I instead sped up to try to get through the light on time. I'm not 100% sure if I got through on time but I doubt that I did. The police officer who saw me was waiting for his light going southbound in the intersection I went through. He immediately turned onto my street to follow me. He waited about 10 seconds before turning on his lights. Is there any way out of this one? I still have my option for a deferral open and I was contemplating wether or not I should fight this one. (if I can)
